I’m cooking Suillus mushrooms that I recently collected.
After cleaning and sorting, it turned out about 7 liters. Note that I did not remove the skin. Mushrooms are young.
The usual process, which I have repeatedly described. Follow the tag “mushrooms”.
I pickled some of the mushrooms, I’ll write about it another time. The rest will be fried.
And again, the usual procedure for frying mushrooms.
And delicious. In this case, the main thing is to be able to restrain yourself and not overeat.
