I wanted it. The price at a store is around 9$. Not for my budget.

I went to the next store, bought raw ears for $ 2. I washed and cleaned them.

Boiled an hour and a half.

I let it cool in the broth, next i divided ears into cartilages and pulp.

I poured the pulp with a broth. I added a mixture of spices for Korean carrots to the cartilage, dumped with warm oil.

Consider yourself how much cheaper I have this dish.
Thanx for watching the post.
Not my cup of tea but I’m sure it tastes much better than the shop ones
It was necessary to add more salt.
