
How did I dispose of the mushrooms that I collected the day before? Read the title of the post, guess from the picture.

Mushrooms were collected about a liter. Just for one dense portion.


I boil the mushrooms twice: for the first time 5 minutes after boiling.


The second is 15 minutes, with the addition of bay leaf and fragrant pepper.

Volume is sacrificed. 🙁





I fry the brisket, after in the boiled fat, mushrooms with onions. Boil pierogi in parallel.

Have you noticed that Waylon Smithers, Jr. had a different shade in the first series?
By tradition, I put a post with cooking and using forest mushrooms in a day. So everything went well.
