My first cooking in a cauldron. At the XXI century.
Back to the past: my first experience in a cooking on fire I took at 1989-90 y.y., in lovely place of my childhood – Sanatorium “Forest Lakes”. It was mushroom soup.
Recently, sorting through the contents of the basement, I found the same tripod. Showed to friends. They were inspired, got a bowler hat and ordered: cook. Well, they gave out the necessary products.
It all starts with the traditional collection of branches, which are great for cooking over a fire in a pot.
The recipe is no different from cooking on the stove. Only the heating power is regulated by the poker.
