I am not religious, but I love this ritual. I try to take part every year. Only I don’t burn a scarecrow (for now).
A brief recipe, which I follow: 2 eggs of size C1 (here 3 C2), 200 gr. flour, 400 ml. milk, a spoonful of sugar, a pinch of salt. The ingredients of at room temperature. Mix, let stand for about 30 minutes.
While the dough is infused, I make a pork cracklings.
The first crepe – is not lump!
I liked both photos.
Today, crepes with two of my most beloved topings (the apple does not participate). The budget did not pull red caviar.
I also want to fix my great gratitude to Andrei and Dmitry for supporting in this difficult time for me. Without you, I would starve (and not only).
