A homemade version of a camping kulesh with a minimum of ingredients.

Millet, lard (brisket), onion, salt/pepper.

Millet pour boiling water! Necessarily! You see small holes in the cereal, there may be oil there, which begins to taste bitter over time. Boiling water will dissolve it, and this water is poured out.

I pour the washed cereal with two volumes of water, added salt.

I’m frying the brisket.

I add onions and fry.

It took me 20 minutes to prepare everything.
