His cold majesty

Kholodnik

The Kholodnik. Cold soup on kefir. And yes, I’ve already written about kholodniks on kefir and kvas.

As always, I am guided by a recipe from a magnet on the refrigerator.

The groceries chopped and cool down. Then they are filled with kefir. It can be diluted with water.

It’s just the season of dill at the grandmothers from the underpass.

Someone will ask: what about potatoes?

So here it is.

Cleaned. Splintered. Boiled for 5 minutes.

Smeared in spices and oil. Baked at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Do not forget to add salt!!!

Now that’s exactly all for today.

Thanx for watching the post!
