Gyoza

With a beef for today.

Gyoza from the Belarusian manufacturer Vici.

I waited for sale, because a price is to high, about two packs of usual dumplings like Dobrovsky.

The preparation is simple: pour the contents of the package into a frying pan and fry for a couple of minutes in oil. Be sure to smear everything within a radius of half a meter from the pan.

Pour in a glass of water. I also added a spoonful of soup soy sauce. Cover with a lid and simmer for 5 minutes.

Gyoza are good. Thin dough, lots of toppings. Delicious. But the price takes away one star.
