I often heard about such a combination, which is considered authentic.
I usually eat dumplings with ketchunez. I decided to try with vinegar, looked for information.
It is believed that you can dilute vinegar with soy sauce, oil, water from the dumplings, add pepper and herbs. And so I did.
The phone decided to aim to the keyboard.
Overall, a good combination. But ketchunez is better for my taste.
